目的：观察分析用中药熏蒸配合功能训练辅助治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效。方法将63例类风湿关节炎患者，随机分为对照组31例用西医常规治疗；治疗组32例在常规治疗的基础上，结合中药熏蒸及功能训练，观察两组的临床疗效。结果对照组总有效率为80.6%，显效率为35.4%；治疗组总有效率为90.6%，显效率为75%，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论用中药熏蒸配合功能训练辅助治疗类风湿性关节炎，能明显改善患者的临床症状，提高疗效。

목적：관찰분석용중약훈증배합공능훈련보조치료류풍습성관절염적림상료효。방법장63례류풍습관절염환자，수궤분위대조조31례용서의상규치료；치료조32례재상규치료적기출상，결합중약훈증급공능훈련，관찰량조적림상료효。결과대조조총유효솔위80.6%，현효솔위35.4%；치료조총유효솔위90.6%，현효솔위75%，치료조료효명현우우대조조。결론용중약훈증배합공능훈련보조치료류풍습성관절염，능명현개선환자적림상증상，제고료효。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect analysis using the herb fumigation combined with function training in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods 63 cases of patients with rheumatoid arthritis, were randomly divided into the control group 31 cases were treated with routine western medicine;32 cases in the treatment group on the basis of conventional therapy, combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and functional training, to observe the clinical efifcacy of the two groups. Results in the control group, the total effective rate was 80.6%, the effective rate was 35.4%;the total effective rate of treatment group was 90.6%, the effective rate was 75%, the curative effect of treatment group was better than the control group. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with function training in auxiliary treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, can improve the patient's clinical symptoms, improve the curative effect.
