目的：观察非洛地平缓释片治疗高血压的临床疗效。方法将2012年1月至2013年1月在我院诊治的96例高血压患者随机分为两组，治疗组48例患者给予非洛地平缓释片口服，对照组48例患者给予左旋氨氯地平口服，治疗8周后评价两组患者的临床疗效，并记录药物不良反应。结果服药治疗8周后，两组治疗后SBP、DBP均明显低于治疗前，治疗组治疗后降压效果较对照组明显（P＜0.05）；治疗组有效率为89.6%，对照组有效率为79.2%，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗组治疗后心率无明显变化，对照组治疗后心率明显增高；不良反应发生率分别为4.2%、8.3%。结论非洛地平缓释片降压作用稳定，因其效果显著、用药方便且不良反应少，值得临床广泛应用。

Objective Observation of felodipine cuban clinical curative effect for the treatment of high blood pressure. Conclusion The hypotensive effect of felodipine sustained-release tablets is stable, long-term treatment, because of its obvious effect, convenient usage and less adverse reactions, it is worthy of wide clinical application.
