在1100~1200℃温度范围内,于炭纤维布上原位合成多壁碳纳米管。采用扫描电镜、透射电镜、拉曼光谱等手段对样品进行表征。结果表明,所制碳纳米管为多壁管,管端可见小球,生成物呈列线生长,生长方向基本垂直于基底,管壁少有杂质和缺陷,结晶度较高。反应温度、反应时间对产物的结构与形态均有一定影响。原位生成碳纳米管的数量和形态与基底的大小、形状有关,可通过调节反应温度和反应时间加以控制。
在1100~1200℃溫度範圍內,于炭纖維佈上原位閤成多壁碳納米管。採用掃描電鏡、透射電鏡、拉曼光譜等手段對樣品進行錶徵。結果錶明,所製碳納米管為多壁管,管耑可見小毬,生成物呈列線生長,生長方嚮基本垂直于基底,管壁少有雜質和缺陷,結晶度較高。反應溫度、反應時間對產物的結構與形態均有一定影響。原位生成碳納米管的數量和形態與基底的大小、形狀有關,可通過調節反應溫度和反應時間加以控製。

Multi-wall carbon nanotubes ( MWCNTs) were synthesized on carbon fiber cloth by chemical vapor deposition using natural gas as the carbon source and FeSO4·7H2 O powder as the catalyst precursor. Scanning and transmission electron microscopy and Raman spectroscopy were used to characterize the product. Small catalyst particles were observed on the top of the tubes. The MWCNTs were dispersed uniformly and aligned perpendicular to the cloth. They had a high crystallinity, and few impurities and de-fects. The density and structure of the MWCNTs on the cloth can be controlled by deposition temperature and time.
