目的:研究探讨在医院的临床实践教学中,运用案例教学法,提高医学生临床实践能力,同时提高教师的综合素质。方法将内蒙古医科大学临床本科2007级、2008级两届生产实习学生随机分成两组,对照组采用传统实践教学模式,实验组采用案例教学法,实习科室为内科,实习时间为12周。结果①对照组实习后理论成绩均值略高于实习前(P>0.05),实验组实习后理论成绩均值明显高于实习前(P<0.05);②临床实践技能操作成绩均值实验组明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论案例教学法可激发学生学习兴趣,培养学生自主、创新能力,增强团队意识,提高临床实践能力,有效完成“教学相长”的作用,优越于传统教学方法,有效提高教育教学质量,值得推广、普及。

목적:연구탐토재의원적림상실천교학중,운용안례교학법,제고의학생림상실천능력,동시제고교사적종합소질。방법장내몽고의과대학림상본과2007급、2008급량계생산실습학생수궤분성량조,대조조채용전통실천교학모식,실험조채용안례교학법,실습과실위내과,실습시간위12주。결과①대조조실습후이론성적균치략고우실습전(P>0.05),실험조실습후이론성적균치명현고우실습전(P<0.05);②림상실천기능조작성적균치실험조명현고우대조조(P<0.01)。결론안례교학법가격발학생학습흥취,배양학생자주、창신능력,증강단대의식,제고림상실천능력,유효완성“교학상장”적작용,우월우전통교학방법,유효제고교육교학질량,치득추엄、보급。
Objective Research the clinical practice teaching in the hospital, Using the case method, To improve medical students' clinical practice ability, at the same time ,improve the comprehensive quality of teachers. Methods Two terms, Inner Mongolia medical university clinical undergraduate course 2007.2008 internship students were randomly divided into two groups. The control group adopts the old practice teaching mode,while the experimental group adopts the case teaching method in internal medicine department for 12 weeks. Result ①After the internship , the theory achievement of control group is slightly higher than before(P>0.05), After experimental practice, theory achievement of experimental group is signiifcantly higher than before (P<0.05) .②Clinical practice skills grades of experimental group is signiifcantly higher than the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion Case teaching can stimulate students interest in learning, cultivate students' innovation ability, and strengthen the team consciousness, improve the ability of clinical practice, Effectivly complete making the teachers and students progress together, is superior to traditional teaching method, improve the education quality of teaching, is worthy of promotion and popularization.
