为提高细胞工程实验教学的效果,培养学生的实验操作能力和解决问题能力,探索了适合于实验教学的具体化和可操作的植物细胞培养方案.大叶黄杨(Euonymus japonicus)和紫花地丁(Viola philippica)可作为植物细胞培养的理想实验材料;诱导愈伤组织的最适培养基为基本培养基+2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸2 mg/ L +6-苄氨基腺嘌呤0.4 mg/ L.
為提高細胞工程實驗教學的效果,培養學生的實驗操作能力和解決問題能力,探索瞭適閤于實驗教學的具體化和可操作的植物細胞培養方案.大葉黃楊(Euonymus japonicus)和紫花地丁(Viola philippica)可作為植物細胞培養的理想實驗材料;誘導愈傷組織的最適培養基為基本培養基+2,4-二氯苯氧乙痠2 mg/ L +6-芐氨基腺嘌呤0.4 mg/ L.

In order to improve the teaching effect of cell engineering experiment and cultivate the students′ ex-perimental operation ability and problem-solving ability,the specific and operable plant cell culture scheme suitable for experimental teaching was put into practice. The results showed that Euonymus japonicus and Viola philippica were suitable to be used as ideal experimental materials for plant cell culture. Optimal combination for callus induction was MS with 2,4-dichlomphenoxy acetic acid 2 mg / L,6-benzylaminopurine 0. 4 mg / L.
