目的:探讨镍钛合金网状支架治疗老年性前列腺增生症的临床疗效。方法对2010年1~12月我院收治的45例老年前列腺增生症患者使用镍钛合金网状支架治疗,分别于术后12、24、36个月对患者进行随访。结果所有患者中42例1次支架放置成功,3例因支架位置不佳2次成功。患者术后均恢复正常排尿,国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)由术前(26.9±4.3)分降为(13.2±2.9)分;最大尿流率(MRF)平均从(5.2±1.1)mL/s升至(10.9±2.5) mL/s,C残余尿量(RUV)平均从(148.2±60.4)mL降至(41.2±19.5)mL。结论镍钛记忆合金网状支架可作为治疗老年人前列腺增生症的一种有效治疗方法,严重并发症较少,值得临床进一步推广和使用。

목적:탐토얼태합금망상지가치료노년성전렬선증생증적림상료효。방법대2010년1~12월아원수치적45례노년전렬선증생증환자사용얼태합금망상지가치료,분별우술후12、24、36개월대환자진행수방。결과소유환자중42례1차지가방치성공,3례인지가위치불가2차성공。환자술후균회복정상배뇨,국제전렬선증상평분(IPSS)유술전(26.9±4.3)분강위(13.2±2.9)분;최대뇨류솔(MRF)평균종(5.2±1.1)mL/s승지(10.9±2.5) mL/s,C잔여뇨량(RUV)평균종(148.2±60.4)mL강지(41.2±19.5)mL。결론얼태기억합금망상지가가작위치료노년인전렬선증생증적일충유효치료방법,엄중병발증교소,치득림상진일보추엄화사용。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nickel-titanium shape-memory alloy stent in the treatment of senile prostatic hyperplasia. Methods 45 patients with senile prostatic hyperplasia were selected in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2010.All patients were given nickel-titanium shape-memory alloy stent, and the survey were carried out after 12 months, 24 months, 36 months respectively. Results Among the all patients, 42 cases were stented successfully for one time. 3 cases were stented for twice because of the inappropriate stented position. Patients recovered to normal urination,international prostate symptom score (IPSS) decreased from preoperative (26.9±4.3) points to (13.2±2.9) points, maximum urinary flow rate (MRF) increased from an average of (5.2±1.1)mL/s to (10.9±2.5)mL/s, C residual urine volume (RUV) reduced from an average (148.2±60.4) mL to (41.2±19.5) mL. Conclusion Nickel-titanium shape-memory alloy stent is an effective senile prostatic hyperplasia treatment nearly without any serious complications and worth of further clinical promotion and application.
