目的：探讨钛网颅骨修补术后早期并发症常见原因及处理方法。方法对我科行钛网颅骨修补术83例患者术后并发症的情况回顾性分析。结果83例患者中发生各类并发症共15例。结论钛网颅骨修补术虽简单易行，但仍有可能发生一些并发症，甚至危及生命，应引起重视，并注意预防，而一旦发生应及时处理。
목적：탐토태망로골수보술후조기병발증상견원인급처리방법。방법대아과행태망로골수보술83례환자술후병발증적정황회고성분석。결과83례환자중발생각류병발증공15례。결론태망로골수보술수간단역행，단잉유가능발생일사병발증，심지위급생명，응인기중시，병주의예방，이일단발생응급시처리。
Objective To investigate the common causes and handing methods of early postoperative complications after titanium mesh cranioplasty. Methods The postoperative complications of 83 patients receiving titanium mesh cranioplasty in our department were analyzed retrospectively. Results Of the 83 patients, 15 patients had complications. Conclusion Although titanium mesh cranioplasty is simple and easy to operate, some complications can still occur and even endanger life,and therefore attention should be paid and preventative measures should be taken.The complications should be dealt with timely once they occur.
