目的：调查我院儿科医院感染发生情况，分析原因并提出护理对策。方法对1年来我院儿科出院的6232例患儿的病历资料进行回顾性调查，记录患儿的年龄、疾病类型、住院时间、病情轻重、是否处于加床期间、是否发生医院感染及感染部位等。结果6232例患儿中有354例患儿发生了医院感染，1岁以下小儿医院感染发生率最高，住院时间越长、病情危重、病区加床、抗生素滥用等是医院感染发生的高危因素，医院感染部位以呼吸道和消化道感染为主。结论小儿发育有其自身特点，儿科管理存在一定缺陷。为降低医院感染的发生率，提高医疗护理质量，儿科应建立完善的医院感染管理机制，规范各项医疗护理操作，严格无菌操作等。
목적：조사아원인과의원감염발생정황，분석원인병제출호리대책。방법대1년래아원인과출원적6232례환인적병력자료진행회고성조사，기록환인적년령、질병류형、주원시간、병정경중、시부처우가상기간、시부발생의원감염급감염부위등。결과6232례환인중유354례환인발생료의원감염，1세이하소인의원감염발생솔최고，주원시간월장、병정위중、병구가상、항생소람용등시의원감염발생적고위인소，의원감염부위이호흡도화소화도감염위주。결론소인발육유기자신특점，인과관리존재일정결함。위강저의원감염적발생솔，제고의료호리질량，인과응건립완선적의원감염관리궤제，규범각항의료호리조작，엄격무균조작등。
Objective To investigate the incidence of nosocomial infection in pediatrics department of our hospital,analyze the reason and put forward the nursing countermeasure. Methods The data of 6232 children in pediatrics department of our hospital left hospital within 1 year were retrospectively investigated, and the children's age,type of disease,hospital stays,severity,whether in the extra bed period,whether the occurrence of nosocomial infection and infection site were recorded. Results In 6232 cases,354 cases o occurred nosocomial infection,the incidence of nosocomial infection in children under the age of 1 was highest,hospital stays more long,severity,ward extra bed,abuse of antibiotics were the risk factors of nosocomial infection,and infection site were mainly respiratory and gastrointestinal infections. Conclusion Children's development has its own characteristics, pediatric management exists a certain defects. In order to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection and improve the quality of medical care,pediatric shall establish a sound management mechanism of nosocomial infection,standardize the medical nursing,strict aseptic operation.
