针对传统的图解法绘制等接触应力曲线存在作图精度低的缺点,对多作用径向柱塞式液压马达等接触内曲线进行理论分析,得到其微分方程,运用MATLAB求出等接触内曲线的数值解并采用拟合方法得到近似解析解,然后在Pro/E等CAD软件中精确绘制出完整的曲线。绘制出的曲线可以直接用于数控曲线磨床进行内曲线液压马达导轨的加工和生产。

In accordance with the feature of traditional graphic method,drawing of equal contact stress inner curve is always inaccu-rate. Through analyzing equal contact stress inner curve of multi-stroke radial-piston hydraulic motor,its differential equation was estab-lished. The numerical solution and its approximate analytic solution of differential equation were obtained by using the mathematic soft-ware MATLAB,the whole inner curve could be drawn accurately with Pro/E or other CAD software for manufacture.
