利用聚合氯化铝对涂料废水进行PCD控制,同时产生微絮凝作用,可更好地回用于涂布损纸的碎解回抄。研究结果表明,进行处理后的涂料废水50%替代涂布损纸白水时,手抄片灰分提高1%,强度指标维持稳定,对于环境保护有重要潜在意义。

PCD of coating wastewater was controlled with poly aluminum chloride to produce micro flocculation. Treated coating waste water was used for disintegration and papermaking of coating paper broken. The results show that the ash content of handsheet increases by 1%and the strength keeps stable while 50%substitution of treated coating waste water for whole coated paper broke whitewater. This is good for environment protection.
