目的：研究脑缺血和康复训练后轴突形态改变，探讨脑卒中临床康复机制。方法：以大鼠为实验研究对象，通过制作MCAO模型以及跑台训练，研究不同条件下大鼠的缺血侧的轴突变化。结果：大鼠缺血侧有不同程度的轴突肿胀、断裂，经跑台训练后神经纤维长度增加，轴突末梢伸长。结论：缺血性脑卒中的康复训练宜尽早开展，早期康复侧重减少轴突损伤及断裂，为神经恢复营造合适的微环境。对已断裂的轴突，可通过系统的康复训练提高神经可塑性，减少脑损伤后的继发损害。
목적：연구뇌결혈화강복훈련후축돌형태개변，탐토뇌졸중림상강복궤제。방법：이대서위실험연구대상，통과제작MCAO모형이급포태훈련，연구불동조건하대서적결혈측적축돌변화。결과：대서결혈측유불동정도적축돌종창、단렬，경포태훈련후신경섬유장도증가，축돌말소신장。결론：결혈성뇌졸중적강복훈련의진조개전，조기강복측중감소축돌손상급단렬，위신경회복영조합괄적미배경。대이단렬적축돌，가통과계통적강복훈련제고신경가소성，감소뇌손상후적계발손해。
Objective :This paper researched cerebral ischemia and axon changes after rehabilitation ,and probed reha-bilitation mechanism for the stroke .Methods :By producing MACO using male wistar rats ,it was researched that the axon changes in the different conditions .Results :The study shows that the damaged nerve fiber and axon terminal growth appeared after Treadmill Test .Conclusion:It is helpful for the stroke to take rehabilitation program as early as possible .The early rehabilitation program will relieve axon’s damage and provide appropriate conditions for nerve re-covery .For the broke axons ,it is helpful to reduce second damage by rehabilitation.
