新生入学教育是整个大学教育的起点，是新同学尽快了解大学，适应新的学习生活，树立新的奋斗目标的重要环节，也是加强和改进思想政治教育的重要载体和手段。本文拟通过分析高职院校新生入学教育的重要性，在教育实践中发现高职院校新生入学教育所存在的问题，结合广州华商职业学院2013级新生入学教育的工作实践，提出有效促进高职院校新生入学教育质量的措施。

Freshmen education is the starting point of college education, it's the important part for freshmen to know the Uni-versity, to adapt to new learning life and establish new goals. It is also the important carrier and means to strengthen and im-prove ideological and political education. This paper analyzes the importance of freshmen enrollment education through vocational colleges, vocational colleges found that freshmen enrollment problems of education in educational practice, work practice, Guangzhou Huashang Vocational College 2013 freshmen education, made effective measures to promote the quality of high vocational college freshmen education.
