针对前照灯调节器的检测项目繁多、人工操作不便的情况,研发了基于STM32F103VB微控制器的汽车前照灯调节器自动测试系统。控制系统采用上下位机相结合的控制方式,实现了在人机界面上直接显示调节器的实时控制电压、电流、位移等曲线,提高了生产测试的自动化程度,提高了工人的劳动效率。
針對前照燈調節器的檢測項目繁多、人工操作不便的情況,研髮瞭基于STM32F103VB微控製器的汽車前照燈調節器自動測試繫統。控製繫統採用上下位機相結閤的控製方式,實現瞭在人機界麵上直接顯示調節器的實時控製電壓、電流、位移等麯線,提高瞭生產測試的自動化程度,提高瞭工人的勞動效率。

The test for headlight adjustor faces the questions of needing many test items and inconvenient manual operation. An automatic test system was designed based on micro-controller STM32F103VB. The system was made up of personal computer and pro-grammable logic controller. The real-time control voltage,current and displacement curves could be shown by the human-computer in-terface. The system improves the degree of automation and workerslabor efficiency.
