针对双柱立车进行数控化改造,采用两轴数控系统分别对两套刀架的进给进行控制,设计的关键点及难点在于系统各个信号的切换与连接。对整个系统的改造原理、设计思路及处理方法进行了详细的分析和叙述。提出了一种新的数控系统与伺服驱动器的连接方式,为双柱立车的改造提供了一种新的思路。此改造方案已用于型号为C516/2的双柱立车中,运行效果良好。

For CNC transforming the double column vertical lathe,two-axis CNC system was used to respectively achieve the twin turret’s feed control. The key point and the difficulty in this design was how to switch and connect the important signal in the system. The whole system’s transformation principle,design idea and processing method were analyzed in detail. The connection between the CNC system and the servo drive was a new try,which provided a new method for double column vertical lathe’s transformation. This design has been used in C516/2 double column vertical lathe,and it runs well all the time.
