为改善焊接技术及提高生产效率,针对采煤机螺旋滚筒实际焊接需求,采用触摸屏和可编程控制器(PLC)将定位装置和自动焊接机相结合,设计了一种自动焊接系统,给出了机械和控制系统的详细设计方案。该焊接系统能实现螺旋滚筒的快速、准确定位和自动焊接。
為改善銲接技術及提高生產效率,針對採煤機螺鏇滾筒實際銲接需求,採用觸摸屏和可編程控製器(PLC)將定位裝置和自動銲接機相結閤,設計瞭一種自動銲接繫統,給齣瞭機械和控製繫統的詳細設計方案。該銲接繫統能實現螺鏇滾筒的快速、準確定位和自動銲接。

Based on the practical demand for welding work of shearer helical drum,positioning device and automatic welding ma-chine were connected coordinately by touch screen and PLC to design an automatic welding system for the purpose of improving the welding technology and enhancing production efficiency. Detailed design schemes of mechanical and control systems were presented. The welding system plays an important role in fast and accurate positioning of helical drum and automatic welding.
