国内现有的非晶硅薄膜太阳能电池的生产线,除了封装入箱之外已经完全实现自动化。目前装箱工作由人工完成,劳动强度大、成本高。为了实现自动化,降低成本,通过分析装箱的工艺流程,设计出一种全自动装箱机。该机由伺服电机和气缸驱动,PLC控制,将装箱工作的3个动作分3个工位完成,运用机电一体化技术,将繁重的人工装箱改进为全自动机械装箱,节约了人力,降低了生产成本。

Automation of domestic existing amorphous silicon thin film solar cell production lines has already realized except packing in box. Now packing is achieved by workers,so labor intensity is serious and the cost is high. In order to realize automation and reduce cost,a kind of automatic packing machine was designed according to the analysis of the packing process. The packing work’s three actions were divided into three points. Driven by servo motor and cylinder,and controlled by PLC,electromechanical in-tegration technology was used to convert onerous manual packing to automatic packing. Manpower is conserved,and production cost is reduced.
