在大型飞机部件数字化柔性装配过程中,经常出现由于零部件制造误差、工装安装误差、零部件受装配应力变形而导致的干涉问题。通过对每个装配件外形数据进行采集、分析,提取实际关键尺寸数据,构建检测模板,并根据实测数据进行预装配,可以提前发现干涉问题,并能对装配质量进行预评估。

In digital flexible assembly pro-cess of the large aircraft component, part and component manufacturing error, equipment installation error, and error created by assembly stress deformation often cause the in-terference problem. Through collecting and analyzing the shape data of the assembly component, extracting the key dimension data, building checking template and making the preassembly based on the measured data, the assembly interference can be found in advance, and the preliminary evaluation of the assembly quality can be also completed.
