系统研究了时效制度对Ni20Cr25电热丝膨胀系数的影响。结果表明,Ni20Cr25电热丝适宜的固溶处理温度为1150℃;经过930℃+10h 时效处理后,由于大量稳定碳化物的析出,电热丝的线膨胀系数明显下降,且显微硬度可达237HV0.01,接近冷拔态的硬度。
繫統研究瞭時效製度對Ni20Cr25電熱絲膨脹繫數的影響。結果錶明,Ni20Cr25電熱絲適宜的固溶處理溫度為1150℃;經過930℃+10h 時效處理後,由于大量穩定碳化物的析齣,電熱絲的線膨脹繫數明顯下降,且顯微硬度可達237HV0.01,接近冷拔態的硬度。
계통연구료시효제도대Ni20Cr25전열사팽창계수적영향。결과표명,Ni20Cr25전열사괄의적고용처리온도위1150℃;경과930℃+10h 시효처리후,유우대량은정탄화물적석출,전열사적선팽창계수명현하강,차현미경도가체237HV0.01,접근랭발태적경도。
The influence of different aging treatment on the expansion coefficient of Ni20Cr25 electric-heating wire has been studied.The results showed that the suitable temperature of solution treatment was 1150℃.Af-ter the aging treatment of 930℃+10h,as the precipitation of quantities of stable carbides,the expansion coeffi-cient of the electric-heating wire decreased obviously and the microscopic hardness could reach 237HV0.01 which was close to the one of cold-drawing.
