系统研究了时效制度对Ni20Cr25电热丝膨胀系数的影响。结果表明,Ni20Cr25电热丝适宜的固溶处理温度为1150℃；经过930℃+10h 时效处理后,由于大量稳定碳化物的析出,电热丝的线膨胀系数明显下降,且显微硬度可达237HV0.01,接近冷拔态的硬度。

The influence of different aging treatment on the expansion coefficient of Ni20Cr25 electric-heating wire has been studied.The results showed that the suitable temperature of solution treatment was 1150℃.Af-ter the aging treatment of 930℃+10h,as the precipitation of quantities of stable carbides,the expansion coeffi-cient of the electric-heating wire decreased obviously and the microscopic hardness could reach 237HV0.01 which was close to the one of cold-drawing.
