目的:分析探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者血清干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和内皮素-1(ET-1)与肺功能关系的临床意义。方法采集COPD急性加重期、缓解期患者外周血,另外选择健康者作为健康对照组,采用酶联免疫法分别检测血清中IFN-γ、TNF-α和ET-1的水平。结果 COPD急性加重期和缓解期患者血清IFN-γ、TNF-α和 ET-1的水平明显高于健康对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与COPD缓解期患者IFN-γ、TNF-α和ET-1的水平比较,急性加重期患者IFN-γ、TNF-α和ET-1的水平明显增高,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 COPD 患者血清IFN-γTNF-α和ET-1的水平与肺功能及病情变化密切相关,血清IFN-γ、TNF-α和ET-1水平的变化可衡量 COPD 病情严重程度和判断患者的疗效及预后。

목적:분석탐토만성조새성폐질병(COPD)환자혈청간우소-γ(IFN-γ)、종류배사인자-α(TNF-α)화내피소-1(ET-1)여폐공능관계적림상의의。방법채집COPD급성가중기、완해기환자외주혈,령외선택건강자작위건강대조조,채용매련면역법분별검측혈청중IFN-γ、TNF-α화ET-1적수평。결과 COPD급성가중기화완해기환자혈청IFN-γ、TNF-α화 ET-1적수평명현고우건강대조조,조간비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05),여COPD완해기환자IFN-γ、TNF-α화ET-1적수평비교,급성가중기환자IFN-γ、TNF-α화ET-1적수평명현증고,량조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론 COPD 환자혈청IFN-γTNF-α화ET-1적수평여폐공능급병정변화밀절상관,혈청IFN-γ、TNF-α화ET-1수평적변화가형량 COPD 병정엄중정도화판단환자적료효급예후。
Objective To explore the clinic significance of IFN-γ,TNF-α and ET-1 in patients with COPD . Methods The peripheral blood of patients with COPD in acute exacerbation ,in catabasis and healthy person was col-lected .Serum level of IFN-γ,TNF-αand ET-1 were detected by ELISA .Results Levels of IFN-γ,TNF-αand ET-1 in the cases of COPD in acute exacerbation and catabasis were higher than those of the healthy person (P<0 .05) . Levels of IFN-γ,TNF-αand ET-1 in the period of acute exacerbation were significantly higher than those in the cata-basis(P<0 .05) .Conclusion The level of the serum IFN-γ,TNF-αand ET-1 and lung function are closely related to the changing of the patient′s conditions .Serum IFN-γ,TNF-αand ET-1 can be used to judge the severity of the ill-ness and also be used to estimate the curative effect and prognosis .
