目的：探讨0．3％尼泊金乙酯对尿液中尿酸（UA）及清蛋白（U-MA）检测结果是否有影响。方法收集新鲜尿标本，加入0．3％尼泊金乙酯前检测UA、U-MA ；按照100mL尿液中加入0．5mL0．3％尼泊金乙酯室温保存尿液0h、4h、8h、12h、24h，分别检测尿液中的UA、U-MA，将检测结果与加入0．3％尼泊金乙酯前检测结果进行统计学分析。结果新鲜尿标本加入0．3％尼泊金乙酯前检测UA、U-MA结果与0．3％尼泊金乙酯保存尿标本0 h、4 h、8 h、12 h、24 h后检测UA、U-MA的结果呈正相关，相关性良好（r＞0．975），且差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论0．3％尼泊金乙酯对尿液中UA、U-MA检测结果无影响，可作为部分尿液检验项目的防腐剂。
목적：탐토0．3％니박금을지대뇨액중뇨산（UA）급청단백（U-MA）검측결과시부유영향。방법수집신선뇨표본，가입0．3％니박금을지전검측UA、U-MA ；안조100mL뇨액중가입0．5mL0．3％니박금을지실온보존뇨액0h、4h、8h、12h、24h，분별검측뇨액중적UA、U-MA，장검측결과여가입0．3％니박금을지전검측결과진행통계학분석。결과신선뇨표본가입0．3％니박금을지전검측UA、U-MA결과여0．3％니박금을지보존뇨표본0 h、4 h、8 h、12 h、24 h후검측UA、U-MA적결과정정상관，상관성량호（r＞0．975），차차이무통계학의의（P＞0．05）。결론0．3％니박금을지대뇨액중UA、U-MA검측결과무영향，가작위부분뇨액검험항목적방부제。
Objective To explore whether 0 .3% ethylparaben would affect the test results of uric acid (UA) and albumin (U-MA) in urine .Methods Fresh urine specimens were collected ,and the UA and U-MA were instant-ly detected before adding the 0 .3% ethylparaben .Per 100 mL urine was added 0 .5 mL 0 .3% ethylparaben ,stored at room temperature .At 0h ,4h ,8h ,12h ,and 24h ,the UA and U-MA in the urine were detected respectively .The test results of UA and U-MA detected before and after adding the 0 .3% ethylparaben were statistically analyzed .Results The test results of UA and U-MA in fresh urine specimens which were instantly detected before adding the 0 .3%ethylparaben were positively correlated with the test results of UA and U-MA in the urine which was storaged by 0 . 3% ethylparaben at room temperature ,and the correlation was good(r>0 .975) .There was no significant difference between them (P>0 .05) .Conclusion 0 .3% ethylparaben has no effect on the test results of UA and U-MA in u-rine ,and it can be used as the urine preservatives .
