Seeds of Crataegus pinnatifida Bge .%Chemical constituents%Structural identification
目的:对蔷薇科山楂属植物山楂( Crataegus pinnatifida Bge.)核水层化学成分进行研究。方法:运用硅胶柱色谱﹑Sephadex LH-20柱色谱﹑ODS柱色谱、制备HPLC等分离手段进行化学成分的分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定其结构。结果:从山楂核体积分数70%乙醇水溶液的提取物中分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为erythro -guaiacylglycerol -β-O-4′-coniferyl alcohol (1), threo-guaiacylglycerol-β-O-4′-coniferyl alcohol(2)、threo-2,3-bis-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl )-3-methoxypropanol (3), erythro-2,3-bis-(4-hydroxy -3-methoxyphenyl )-3-methoxypropanol (4),(1R,2S,5R,6S)-2-(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl)-6-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-3,7-dioxabicyclo[3.3.0] octane (5)。结论:化合物5为首次从山楂属植物中分离得到。
目的:對薔薇科山楂屬植物山楂( Crataegus pinnatifida Bge.)覈水層化學成分進行研究。方法:運用硅膠柱色譜﹑Sephadex LH-20柱色譜﹑ODS柱色譜、製備HPLC等分離手段進行化學成分的分離純化,根據理化性質及波譜數據鑒定其結構。結果:從山楂覈體積分數70%乙醇水溶液的提取物中分離得到5箇化閤物,分彆鑒定為erythro -guaiacylglycerol -β-O-4′-coniferyl alcohol (1), threo-guaiacylglycerol-β-O-4′-coniferyl alcohol(2)、threo-2,3-bis-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl )-3-methoxypropanol (3), erythro-2,3-bis-(4-hydroxy -3-methoxyphenyl )-3-methoxypropanol (4),(1R,2S,5R,6S)-2-(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl)-6-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-3,7-dioxabicyclo[3.3.0] octane (5)。結論:化閤物5為首次從山楂屬植物中分離得到。
목적:대장미과산사속식물산사( Crataegus pinnatifida Bge.)핵수층화학성분진행연구。방법:운용규효주색보﹑Sephadex LH-20주색보﹑ODS주색보、제비HPLC등분리수단진행화학성분적분리순화,근거이화성질급파보수거감정기결구。결과:종산사핵체적분수70%을순수용액적제취물중분리득도5개화합물,분별감정위erythro -guaiacylglycerol -β-O-4′-coniferyl alcohol (1), threo-guaiacylglycerol-β-O-4′-coniferyl alcohol(2)、threo-2,3-bis-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl )-3-methoxypropanol (3), erythro-2,3-bis-(4-hydroxy -3-methoxyphenyl )-3-methoxypropanol (4),(1R,2S,5R,6S)-2-(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl)-6-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-3,7-dioxabicyclo[3.3.0] octane (5)。결론:화합물5위수차종산사속식물중분리득도。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of the seeds of Crataegus pinnatifida Bge ..Methods:Five com-pounds were isolated by chromatography on silica gel column , Sephadex LH -20, ODS chromatography column and HPLC, their structures were confirmed on the basis of physico -chemical constants and spectroscopic analysis .Results:Five compounds were isolated from 70%ethanol-water extraction and their structures were identified as erythro -guaia-cylglycerol-β-O-4′-coniferyl alcohol(1), threo-guaiacylglycerol-β-O-4′-coniferyl alcohol (2), threo-2, 3-bis-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl) -3-methoxypropanol (3), erythro-2,3-bis-(4-hydroxy-3-me-thoxyphenyl)-3-methoxypropanol (4), (1R,2S,5R,6S) -2-(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl) -6-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-3,7-dioxabicyclo[3.3.0]octane (5).Conclusion:Compound 5 is isolated from genus Crataegus for the first time .
