目的了解医院护理人员的思想工作状态,为医院管理部门提供较科学的管理途径,使具有参考价值。方法本文对医院的聘用合同制护士与在编护士的学历、工作年限与年龄等基本资料进行调查分析;另外,本文还分别设计了不同的调查表,从思想与工作方面对其进行抽样调查分析。结果合同制护士普遍自卑但思想积极上进,在编护士具有一定的优越感但思想上存在惰性;合同制护士学历低、工作年限短且经验不足,在编的护士工作经验丰富且工作年限长。结论通过建立良好的进修制度,收入分配制度与优化考核制度,从思想上与工作上来提高护士们的综合素质与专业水平。

Objectives Learn about the ideological work state of hospital nursing staff, make efforts for providing relatively scientiifc management approach for the hospital management department.Methods As for the contract nurses and permanent nurses,this paper analyzes their education background, work seniority and age. And this paper design different questionaires for the contract nurses and permanent nurses, and analyszes on their idea and work.Results The contract nurses generally feel inferiority but they are aggressive and self-motivated, while the permanent nurses have a certain sense of superiority but they exist some inertness. The contract nurse degree is low, working life is short, the lack of experience. The permanent nurses have rich experience and long period of work.Conclusions By means of some nice education program system, income distribution system and optimize the assessment system, it can improve their comprehensive quality and professional skill.
