目的观察重症手足口病患儿治疗前后超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)的变化并探讨其临床意义。方法分别检测25例重症手足口病和30例手足口病普通病例治疗前后的hs-CRP和CK-MB水平。结果手足口病重症病例组与普通组比较,治疗前hs-CRP和 CK-MB明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。而治疗后则相差不明显,差异无明显统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论重症手足口病治疗前hs-CRP、CK-MB显著高于普通手足口病患儿,而治疗后则相差不明显,对于指导临床治疗及诊断心肌损害有重要意义,hs-CRP、CK-MB显著异常有助于提示重症手足口病。

Objective To analyze the distribution and drug resistance of urinary tract infection pathogens,guide rational drug and provide reference and basis for the management of hospital infection.Method midstream urine specimens of 100 urinary tract infection patients were collected for bacterial culture,bacterial identification and in vitro drug resistance monitoring were isolated pathogens.pathogens separated from bacterial culture medium were made a bacterial identification and a drug resistance monitoring in vitro.Results The main pathogen of urinary tract infection were escherichia coli (41%) and enterococci(23%);Escherichia coli had the highest sensitivity to imipenem, while enterococcus had the highest sensitivity to vancomycin.Conclusion Due to heavy use and even abuse of broad spectrum antibiotics in clinical,resistance rates of pathogen gradually raised.Only to make a clean midstream urine bacterial culture and sensitivity test and to analyz the results of the test can guide the rational use of antimicrobial drugs,significantly improve its therapeutic effect in treatment of patients with urinary tract infection.
