师资队伍是保障成人高等教育质量的关键因素，在大力倡导终身教育、提高国民可持续性教育的今天，成人高等教育的师资队伍建设却存在一系列问题，阻碍了成人高等教育的良性发展，尤为突出的是缺乏一支结构合理、人员稳定的教师队伍，本文通过对专职、兼职教师的比较，阐述其各自优势，希望各培养单位能够建立一支专兼职相结合的稳定的成教师资队伍，巩固并推动成人高等教育的发展。

Faculty is the key factor to guarantee the adult higher education. Nowadays,by strongly promoting life-long education and improving national Sustainable Education,adult higher education faculty construction has a series of problems which obstruct the development of adult higher education. Especial y it lacks a reasonable structure and stable team of faculty. In this article,based on the comparison of part-time and full time teachers and state their advantages,i hope each training unit wil be able to build a stable faculty which combine the part-time and ful-time teachers. This wil promote and improve the adult higher education.
