目的：探讨肾前筋膜增厚对急性胰腺炎的CT诊断价值，提高急性胰腺炎的诊断水平。方法回顾性分析2010年-2012年我院33例急性胰腺炎患者的临床资料及CT结果，观察肾前筋膜在急性胰腺炎中的CT表现。结果本组急性胰腺炎肾前筋膜增厚发生率91%，其中双侧肾前筋膜增厚8例，左侧肾前筋膜增厚22例。结论在急性胰腺炎的诊断中，肾前筋膜增厚征象具有重要意义。
目的：探討腎前觔膜增厚對急性胰腺炎的CT診斷價值，提高急性胰腺炎的診斷水平。方法迴顧性分析2010年-2012年我院33例急性胰腺炎患者的臨床資料及CT結果，觀察腎前觔膜在急性胰腺炎中的CT錶現。結果本組急性胰腺炎腎前觔膜增厚髮生率91%，其中雙側腎前觔膜增厚8例，左側腎前觔膜增厚22例。結論在急性胰腺炎的診斷中，腎前觔膜增厚徵象具有重要意義。
목적：탐토신전근막증후대급성이선염적CT진단개치，제고급성이선염적진단수평。방법회고성분석2010년-2012년아원33례급성이선염환자적림상자료급CT결과，관찰신전근막재급성이선염중적CT표현。결과본조급성이선염신전근막증후발생솔91%，기중쌍측신전근막증후8례，좌측신전근막증후22례。결론재급성이선염적진단중，신전근막증후정상구유중요의의。
Objective To researched the CT scanning value of prerenal fascial thickening on acute pancreatitis and the i mprovement of diagnosing of acute pancreatitis. Methods The clinical data and CT scanning results 33 patients with pancreatitis were overviewed. The influence of prerenal fascial on diagnosing was observed. Results 30 cases (91%)had The prerenal fascial thickening caused by acute pancreatitis.8 cases had bilat eral prerenal fascial thickening. 22 cases had Leftward prerenal fascial thickening. Conclusion The symptom of prerenal fascial thickening could be essential to the diagnosing of acute pancreatitis.
