采用阳极氧化法制备 TiO2纳米管阵列,研究电解液成分、阳极氧化电压、阳极氧化时间、电解液温度及氧化次数对纳米管阵列微观结构及形貌的影响,探讨了TiO2纳米管阵列生长机理,并采用 SEM、表面粗糙度仪、接触角测量仪对所得 TiO2纳米管阵列的形貌、粗糙度、亲水性及表面能进行了表征和分析。结果表明,阳极氧化后 Ti 表面活性增加,相比于其他阳极氧化工艺参数,电解液成分对样品表面粗糙度、接触角及表面能的影响更大。
採用暘極氧化法製備 TiO2納米管陣列,研究電解液成分、暘極氧化電壓、暘極氧化時間、電解液溫度及氧化次數對納米管陣列微觀結構及形貌的影響,探討瞭TiO2納米管陣列生長機理,併採用 SEM、錶麵粗糙度儀、接觸角測量儀對所得 TiO2納米管陣列的形貌、粗糙度、親水性及錶麵能進行瞭錶徵和分析。結果錶明,暘極氧化後 Ti 錶麵活性增加,相比于其他暘極氧化工藝參數,電解液成分對樣品錶麵粗糙度、接觸角及錶麵能的影響更大。
채용양겁양화법제비 TiO2납미관진렬,연구전해액성분、양겁양화전압、양겁양화시간、전해액온도급양화차수대납미관진렬미관결구급형모적영향,탐토료TiO2납미관진렬생장궤리,병채용 SEM、표면조조도의、접촉각측량의대소득 TiO2납미관진렬적형모、조조도、친수성급표면능진행료표정화분석。결과표명,양겁양화후 Ti 표면활성증가,상비우기타양겁양화공예삼수,전해액성분대양품표면조조도、접촉각급표면능적영향경대。
The aligned TiO2 nanotube arrays on Ti substrate were fabricated in different electrolytes by means of anodization.The effects of electrolyte components,voltage and reaction time on the morphology and micro-structure of TiO2 nanotube arrays were investigated in this study,and the growth mechanism of TiO2 nanotube arrays was also discussed.Besides,the nanostructure,morphology,hydrophilicity,roughness and surface en-ergy of the TiO2 nanotubes were characterized and analyzed using SEM,surface roughness tester and water con-tact angle testing.The results showed that,the diameter,length,morphology,roughness,hydrophilicity and surface energy of TiO2 nanotubes have changed in different anodization processing parameters,in which the effect of the electrolyte component was most obvious.
