麻风病现临床较为少见且其临床表现复杂多样，专科医师常常因思维局限性而误诊。该文报道一例以神经系统症状为突出表现的老年女性，既往曾误诊为SLE、周围神经病、面神经炎，后经病理检查确诊为麻风病。并根据其临床特点对该疾病的诊断及鉴别诊断思维进行了分析阐述以及对相关文献进行回顾，提示对于原因不明的多周围神经病变伴（或不伴）皮疹的患者，应考虑麻风病的可能性。

Recently,leprosy is rare in clinical and its symptom is complex and multifarious,which often be misdiagnosed by the specialist due to the limitation of thought. In this article,we describe an old fe-male patient,who had a series of nervous system symptoms,was misdiagnosed with SLE/peripheral nerve dis-ease/facial neuritis in the past. Finally she was diagnosed as leprosy after the pathological examination. Fur-ther,the diagnosis and the thought of diagnosis were analyzed and elucidated,and the relevant literatures were retrospected according to their clinical characteristics. Clinicians should take account of the leprosy when come to the patient with agnogenic symptoms of the multi-peripheral neuropathy complicated the rash or not.
