目的：寻找减轻患者丙泊酚注射痛的护理方法。方法选择全麻静脉注射丙泊酚患者160例，随机分为4组，A组采取手背静脉注射、B组采取肘静脉注射、C组采取肘静脉低温注射、D组采取肘静脉注射芬太尼后低温注射，比较4组患者的注射疼痛情况。结果 B、C、D组与A组比较，丙泊酚注射痛发生率和严重程度显著下降（P<0.05），其中D组下降程度最为显著（P<0.01）。结论做好患者心理护理、大静脉注射、局部按摩、芬太尼预注射、给予4℃的丙泊酚等一系列护理干预措施能显著降低丙泊酚的注射痛。
목적：심조감경환자병박분주사통적호리방법。방법선택전마정맥주사병박분환자160례，수궤분위4조，A조채취수배정맥주사、B조채취주정맥주사、C조채취주정맥저온주사、D조채취주정맥주사분태니후저온주사，비교4조환자적주사동통정황。결과 B、C、D조여A조비교，병박분주사통발생솔화엄중정도현저하강（P<0.05），기중D조하강정도최위현저（P<0.01）。결론주호환자심리호리、대정맥주사、국부안마、분태니예주사、급여4℃적병박분등일계렬호리간예조시능현저강저병박분적주사통。
Objective Look for ways to reduce propofol injection pain nursing. Method Select intravenous propofol general anesthesia patients 160 cases, randomly divided into four groups: group A (the back of hand vein group), group B(elbow vein group) group C(elbow vein in low temperature group) group D(elbow vein intravenous fentanyl in low temperature group), the comparison between groups pain degree of patients. Result There are differences between the degree of pain between the four groups each group compared with group A , incidence and severity of propofol injection pain decreased significantly (P<0.05),group D propofol injection pain incidence and severity of the decline is especially significant (P<0.01).Conclusion Large completes the psychological nursing in patients with venous injection of local massage fentanyl propofol in the process of the injection to 4℃, and a series of nursing intervention can significantly reduce propofol injection pain.
