目的：探讨RCA法在改进肠道术前肠道准备护理质量中的成效。方法：将665例患者按时间分为对照组(320例)和观察组(335例)。对照组执行常规术前准备；观察组使用RCA法：分析肠道手术前准备存在的问题及原因，制定针对性改进措施，如制定低渣餐单、修改操作流程、改变服用肠道清洁剂的方法等。结果：RCA实施后肠道术前肠道准备不足率和延迟手术例数低于对照组(P<0.05)，观察组与对照组比较患者满意度提高(P<0.05)。结论：RCA法能有效促进肠道术前准备效果。
목적：탐토RCA법재개진장도술전장도준비호리질량중적성효。방법：장665례환자안시간분위대조조(320례)화관찰조(335례)。대조조집행상규술전준비；관찰조사용RCA법：분석장도수술전준비존재적문제급원인，제정침대성개진조시，여제정저사찬단、수개조작류정、개변복용장도청길제적방법등。결과：RCA실시후장도술전장도준비불족솔화연지수술례수저우대조조(P<0.05)，관찰조여대조조비교환자만의도제고(P<0.05)。결론：RCA법능유효촉진장도술전준비효과。
Objective:To investigate the effect of RCA methods used in bowl preparation before intestine operation.Method:A total of 665 patients were randomized into two groups.The control group(n=320) were subjected to routine preoparative preparation,while their counterparts in the observation group(n=335) received modified bowl preparation method,including such measures as making the low residue diet food list,modifying the standard operating procedure, changing the method of taking the Klean-Prep(GEG+Electrolytes Iso-osmotic Bowel Cleansing),etc.Result:The poor bowl preparation rate and the delayed surgical cases were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Patients’ satisfaction was significantly improved in the observation group compared to control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:RCA method can improved the bowl preparation quality of intestine operation.
