2010年以来，河北省连续实施了小麦“一喷三防”物化补贴政策，保障了夏粮的丰产丰收。对河北省小麦“一喷三防”的主要政策内容和实施成效进行了总结，就存在的主要问题进行了分析，并对今后小麦“一喷三防”政策提出了工作建议。
