通过对河北省公共植保体系和社会化服务体系进行调查研究，初步掌握了河北省植保体系发展的现况，找出制约河北省植保事业发展的问题，并针对发现的问题提出了相应的对策建议。

Based on the investigation of public plant protection system and social service system in Hebei Province , the development status of plant protection system in Hebei Province was defined , the problems that restricted the development of plant protection in Hebei Province was found out , and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to the problems were put forward.
