河北省植物保护事业经历了复杂的发展过程。从植保体系建设入手，通过总结改革开放以来河北省公共植保体系和社会化服务体系的发展历程，分析了河北省植保事业取得的成就和存在的主要问题，并从整合机构、加强植保队伍建设、加大资金投入、强化植保植检行政执法、推进专业化统防统治工作5个方面提出了河北省植保事业的发展对策。

Plant protection in Hebei Province has experienced complicated development process.Starting from the plant protection system construction, through summarized the development process of public protection system and social service system in Hebei Province since the reform and opening up , the achievements and existing problems of plant protection career in Hebei Province were analyzed , and the development countermeasures was proposed from the aspects of integration mechanism, strengthening plant protection team construction, increasing investment, strengthening the administrative law enforcement of plant protection , promoting the work of professional unified prevention and control.
