本文使用UG软件对美国可再生能源实验室NREL 10两叶片水平轴风力机进行三维实体建模,利用CFD计算流体软件Fluent进行数值模拟,用五种不同工况下的数模值与实验值进行了对比,并在13m/s风速情况下对叶片表面压力系数进行了分析和研究。通过比较,充分说明了CFD数值模拟技术的可行性和可靠性。同时模拟了更接近实际的剪切风入流情况,经研究表明剪切风对风力机机械功率影响不大,在某些情况下可以忽略风剪切因素。

UG software was used to make three-dimensional solid modeling of the National Renewable Energy Laboratory NREL 10 two horizontal axis wind turbine in the paper.Numerical simulation for the wind turbine was carried out by Fluent software of CFD.The result of numerical modeling and that of experimental values in five different operating conditions were compared.And the blade surface pressure coefficients were analyzed and studied in the case of the wind speed 13m/s.The result described the CFD numerical simulation techniques for feasibility and reliability.At the same time a more realistic simulation of the wind shear inflow situation was conducted,and the study shows that wind shear makes nothing effect on the wind turbine mechanical power,in some cases,wind shear factors can be ignored.
