如何对科研技术员工进行合理的绩效考核是软件企业关心的问题。在分析相关文献的基础上,结合软件企业员工特点和关键指标考核方法,建立了员工考核指标体系;并采用层次分析法对各指标进行了评价和分析,得出较为客观的考核指标权重,最后利用软件提供员工考核的实施方法。本文重点论述了考核指标权重建模、考核指标计算及考核流程设计的相关问题。

How to appraisal and evaluate the technical staff effectively is a core problem for software companies.Based on the relevant literature review,combined with software stafffeatures and Key performance indicators methods,the employee appraisal index system has beenestablished. And every index appraisal and analysis by Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). Finally arrive at a more objective evaluation index weight and implement the staff appraisal method by software system. This paper focused on the related questions of eva luation index weights modeling,evaluation index calculation and assessment process design.
