目的：对股骨干骨折伴同侧股骨颈骨折的诊治进行分析。方法：所有患者经相关检查后，采用相应的固定办法进行治疗。结果：患者接受治疗后，3例患者漏诊，漏诊率为13．64％，1例患者固定失败，失败率为4．55％，其余患者恢复情况良好。结论：股骨干骨折伴同侧股骨颈骨折的诊治应该借助检查仪器及时确诊，使用内固定法进行治疗，效果较好。

목적：대고골간골절반동측고골경골절적진치진행분석。방법：소유환자경상관검사후，채용상응적고정판법진행치료。결과：환자접수치료후，3례환자루진，루진솔위13．64％，1례환자고정실패，실패솔위4．55％，기여환자회복정황량호。결론：고골간골절반동측고골경골절적진치응해차조검사의기급시학진，사용내고정법진행치료，효과교호。
Objective :to fracture and the diagnosis and treatment of ipsilateral femoral neck fracture of femoral shaft .Methods:all patients by the relevant examination ,the fixed measures for treatment .Results :after treatment ,3 cases were missed diagnosis ,missed diagnosis rate was 13 .64% ,1 cases were fixed failed ,a failure rate of 4 .55% ,the other patients recovered well .Conclusion:the treatment of femoral shaft fractures with ipsilateral femoral neck fracture should be by means of inspection instrument timely diagnosis ,fixed method used in treatment ,good effect .
