With regard to transfer of shares in limited liability companies , the research pattern that com-bines property rights and personal rights within share ownership will result in theoretical omissions in resolving detailed problems .Separation of property rights and personal rights in share ownership can better protect the harmony among shareholders and offer integrated theoretical grounds for establishing theory of alteration of share ownership and resolving particular issues such as compulsory transfer of shares , share inheritance and transfer of shares as gifts .
