慈善具有正义与关怀两种伦理意蕴。传统慈善的伦理依据是关怀伦理，而现代慈善的伦理基础是正义伦理；慈善伦理之重心由关怀伦理向正义伦理转型，代表着慈善事业由传统向现代的转换。慈善伦理之现代重构，应以正义伦理为核心和基石，实现正义伦理与关怀伦理的有机统一，为此要注意把握公域伦理与私域伦理之划界与衔接，规则伦理与美德伦理之分殊与联结，道德理性与道德情感之区别与统一。

자선구유정의여관부량충윤리의온。전통자선적윤리의거시관부윤리，이현대자선적윤리기출시정의윤리；자선윤리지중심유관부윤리향정의윤리전형，대표착자선사업유전통향현대적전환。자선윤리지현대중구，응이정의윤리위핵심화기석，실현정의윤리여관부윤리적유궤통일，위차요주의파악공역윤리여사역윤리지화계여함접，규칙윤리여미덕윤리지분수여련결，도덕이성여도덕정감지구별여통일。
There are two ethical connotations of charity-j ustice and care.The ethical basis of traditional charity is care ethics while the ethical basis of modern charity is j ustice ethics.The centre of philanthropic ethics shifts from care ethics to j ustice ethics,which represents the transformation of charity from past to present.The j ustice ethics should be used as a cornerstone of the modern reconstruction of ethical charity, and the reconstruction of ethical charity could seek a unity of j ustice and care.Therefore pay attention to the distinction and connection of public and private ethics,the distinguishing and connection of normative and virtue ethics,and the difference and unity of moral reason and moral emotion.
