提出一种新型机械振动台,分析其机构组成及工作原理,建立激振元件曲面数学方程。通过所建机构动力学方程,导出弹簧预紧量与临界频率间函数关系;进行振动台三维模型运动仿真试验,分析输出波形的频谱及功率谱,计算其加速度波形失真度;验证弹簧预紧量与临界频率间关系。试验结果表明该振动台的输出波形精度及上限频率高于传统机械振动台,且该激振方法可行、有效。
提齣一種新型機械振動檯,分析其機構組成及工作原理,建立激振元件麯麵數學方程。通過所建機構動力學方程,導齣彈簧預緊量與臨界頻率間函數關繫;進行振動檯三維模型運動倣真試驗,分析輸齣波形的頻譜及功率譜,計算其加速度波形失真度;驗證彈簧預緊量與臨界頻率間關繫。試驗結果錶明該振動檯的輸齣波形精度及上限頻率高于傳統機械振動檯,且該激振方法可行、有效。

A new type of mechanical vibration table was put forward.Mathematical equations of the vibration elements'curved surfaces were built up by analyzing the structure and working principle of the mechanical vibration table. Dynamics equations of the vibration mechanism were established and functional relationships between spring preload and critical frequencies were obtained.A 3D model of the vibration table was created and motion simulation experiments were carried out on this basis.Then,the acceleration waveform distortions were obtained by analyzing the frequency spectrums and power spectrums of the output waveforms. Meanwhile, the relationships between spring preload and critical frequencies were verified.The test results show that the precision of the vibration table output waveforms and the upper limiting frequencies are both higher than those of traditional mechanical vibration tables.Thus this kind of exciting method is proved to be feasible and effective.
