在已有知识产权“4 YZQ-4型穗茎兼收玉米联合收获机”基础上进行结构优化和集成创新。主要对秸秆处理装置进行了结构优化，集成创新了喂入搅龙、浮动式单双辊混合调质组合喂入机构、秸秆防缠绕机构、辊刀式切碎与抛掷装置等多项结构以及装置，将机电液一体化技术综合应用于整机控制，提高了产品的自动化水平。在功能上，可实现秸秆处理方式自由转换；在果穗收获的同时，秸秆既可以集条铺放，也可以精切还田，或青贮作业，可满足秸秆青贮、保护性耕作、生物质发电原料收集等需求，对秸秆资源的综合利用、改善农业生态环境、增加农民收入等方面具有重大意义。该机通过了省级产品检测鉴定和部级推广鉴定，并进入国家农机推广收获机械目录。

Structural optimization and integrated innovation were done on the foundation of the 4 YZQ-4 combine harvest-er for corn and stalk which had intellectual property .Structural optimization was done to stalk processing device .Many mechanisms and device such as feeding auger , quenching and tempering combination feeding mechanism mixed of floating single double rollers , stalk anti-twining mechanism , roller knife chopping and throwing device were integrated innova-ted .Mechanic-electronic-hydraulic integrated technology was used in machine control , and automation level of the pro-duction was enhanced .Free conversion of straw processing could be realized in function , the stalk could be laid in line , cut to field , or ensilaged .Requirements such as corn silage , conservation tillage and biomass feedstock collection could be satisfied .It was great significance for comprehensive utilization of the stalk resource , improvement of agricultural eco-logical environment and increasing farmers ’ income .The production had been test identified in provincial level and popu-larize identified in ministerial level .The production had entered the National agricultural harvesting machinery directory .
