根据我国大部分地区的农业生产规模和生产体制，设计一种生产率为1t/h 的小型清选机，以减轻农民劳动强度，提高生产质量和劳动生产率，实现广大农村的清粮机械化。本设计为按照物料的尺寸特性和空气动力学特性清选的复式清选机，由喂料系统、前除轻系统、筛选系统及后除轻系统等组成。本机具有结构紧凑、风选效果好、性能良好等特点，对谷物清选机的改进和生产具有重要意义。
근거아국대부분지구적농업생산규모화생산체제，설계일충생산솔위1t/h 적소형청선궤，이감경농민노동강도，제고생산질량화노동생산솔，실현엄대농촌적청량궤계화。본설계위안조물료적척촌특성화공기동역학특성청선적복식청선궤，유위료계통、전제경계통、사선계통급후제경계통등조성。본궤구유결구긴주、풍선효과호、성능량호등특점，대곡물청선궤적개진화생산구유중요의의。
According to most parts of our country ’ s agricultural production scale and production system ,in order to re-duce the farmers ’ labor intensity and improve product quality and productivity and realize the mechanized of grain in ru -ral,now designing a miniature grain cleaner of 1t/h.The design combines size-election and flow-election to design a penthouse-election machine.The machine is composed of feeding system , before light, filter systems,in addition to light after the system .Design elements include the transmission options ,options and motor sports , dynamic parameters of design and calculation ,the design verification of transmission and shaft .It found to possess compact , high efficiency , good per-formance characteristics and so on .In addition to light before and after the system to achieve expected to feed-and-two in addition to miscellaneous light , enhance the ability of impurity removal .It is very important for grain-election machine production and the improvement .
