针对当前我国农业土地利用率、产品商品率低及劳动力浪费严重等问题,开发了一种基于 PLC 的设施农业温室大棚网络型自适应控制系统。设计了系统的整体结构,采用多级模式转换的控制思想,提出了模糊控制、PID控制与手动控制相结合的控制方法。该系统集温室环境参数监测、数据记录、实时控制于一体,可实现对温室温度、湿度、光照强度、二氧化碳浓度等参数的实时监测以及辅助设施的自适应控制。系统在太原市小店区绿保种植基地进行现场调试和实际运行,结果表明:该系统测量准确、控制可靠、运行稳定、界面良好,可达到提高农作物产出效率的目的。

In view of problems,such as labor waste,low level of agricultural land utilization and commodity,a adaptive control system in facilities agricultural greenhouse was designed based on PLC .The structure of system was designed ,in which the fuzzy control , PID control and manual control has been combined based on multi -level mode switch control method.The system integrates a variety of functions ,such as monitoring of greenhouse environment ,recording of condition date and controlling of the facilities ,which can realize real-time monitoring of greenhouse temperature ,humidity ,light in-tensity ,carbon dioxide concentration and self-adaptive controlling of auxiliary facilities .The system has been debugged and operated in green planting base of Xiaodian in Taiyuan .The operation results showed that the system has the merits of accurate measurement , reliable controlling , stable operation and friendly UI , which can enlarge the efficiency of crop output .
