根据棉花苗期的农艺要求和种植模式，设计了一种新型滚筒捡膜式苗期地膜回收机；同时，介绍了收膜机的总体结构及主要工作部件起膜、捡膜、卸膜和收膜的设计原理。采用松土铲和起膜导轨相结合的结构，能有效地实现膜土分离；环形导轨＋卸膜叶轮式卸膜机构有效避免工作过程中地膜的滞留堵塞现象，很好地完成卸膜和收膜工作。

According to the agronomic requirements and planting patterns of cotton seedling , a new roller-type plastic film collector was designed .This article introduced general structure of the machinery and principle that main working parts pick up , rise , unload and collect plastic film .The result of film separating from soil was achieved well by using soil-loosing shovel combined with guide rail .The problem of blocking film was effectively resolved by using guide rail and impeller unload mechanism , and the results of unloading and collecting were good .
