各类型排种器结构、原理和性能各不相同,但影响其排种均匀性和精确性的因素是相同的。为此,分析了充种质量、清种质量、投种高度和投种速度等因素对精密排种器排种均匀性等排种质量的影响,并进行了投种高度试验、导种管对排种性能影响的试验。试验结果表明:投种高度大,播种机性能变差。在投种高度大的情况下,加装合适导种管有利于改善播种质量;但种子在导种管内弹跳碰撞,一定程度上仍会影响播种均匀性。

Although the structure , principle and performance of various seed feeders are different , the influence factors on uniformity and precision of planting distance are the same .This paper analyzes the impact factors of seed filling , cleaning seed , seeds casting height , casting speeds and others on the precision feeder running , seeding uniformity and quality .The experiments of testing seed meter performance influenced by casting heights and seed guiding tube have been processed .The results showed that: The planter performance became deterioration when dropping location was higher;the installation of a suitable seed guiding tube will help to improve the quality of planting .However , the seed species in the guide tube bouncing collision , to some extent , is still affect seeding uniformity .
