采用盆栽试验方法,研究了玉米苗期不同水氮组合对生物量的影响,建立了不同水氮组合条件下干物质积累量的回归模型。结果表明:轻度干旱时,各生物量减少不明显,水分胁迫使根冠比提高,在根冠比较低时对干物质积累量最为有利;在土壤含水率为31.81%、施氮量为4.23g/kg 时,干物质积累量最大;在不影响苗期植株正常生长状态下,土壤含水率下限为22.56%。

채용분재시험방법,연구료옥미묘기불동수담조합대생물량적영향,건립료불동수담조합조건하간물질적루량적회귀모형。결과표명:경도간한시,각생물량감소불명현,수분협박사근관비제고,재근관비교저시대간물질적루량최위유리;재토양함수솔위31.81%、시담량위4.23g/kg 시,간물질적루량최대;재불영향묘기식주정상생장상태하,토양함수솔하한위22.56%。
We conducted the studies for the effect on biomass under different water and nitrogen treatments at the seeding stage of maize using pot experiment .Then we created a regression model based on the dry matter accumulation under dif-ferent water and nitrogen treatments .Results shows that the decrement of biomass is unobvious on the condition of mild drought and water stress promote the root shoot ratio .In addition , it is most favorable to accumulate dry matter at a low root shoot ratio .The maximum accumulation of dry matter appears with the soil water content reaches 31 .81% and the nitrogen rate gets 4.23g/kg.Besides, the lower limit of the soil water content is 22.56% to make sure the normal growth of the plant .
