挤压膨化可以破坏细胞壁,减少传统水酶法提取米糠油中酶种类的应用和获得较高的提油率。研究挤压膨化参数(物料含水率、挤压温度、螺杆转速、模孔直径)对水酶法提取米糠油得率的影响规律,并利用响应面法对挤压参数进行了优化。得到最优参数为:物料含水率14%、模孔直径18mm、挤压温度110℃、螺杆转速105r/min,且在只使用一种碱性蛋白酶情况下提油率达到89.61%,比蒸汽预处理复合酶提米糠油(85.76%)提高4%左右。
擠壓膨化可以破壞細胞壁,減少傳統水酶法提取米糠油中酶種類的應用和穫得較高的提油率。研究擠壓膨化參數(物料含水率、擠壓溫度、螺桿轉速、模孔直徑)對水酶法提取米糠油得率的影響規律,併利用響應麵法對擠壓參數進行瞭優化。得到最優參數為:物料含水率14%、模孔直徑18mm、擠壓溫度110℃、螺桿轉速105r/min,且在隻使用一種堿性蛋白酶情況下提油率達到89.61%,比蒸汽預處理複閤酶提米糠油(85.76%)提高4%左右。

Extrusion can destroy the cell walls , reduce types of enzyme compared with traditional aqueous enzymatic ex-traction of rice bran oil in the traditional craft and obtain higher oil extraction rate .The study researched the effects of ex-trusion parameters ( material moisture , extrusion temperature , screw speed , die-hole diameter ) on yield of rice bran oil in extracted by aqueous enzymatic method , and applied response surface method to optimize it .Optimal parameters are material moisture 14% , die-hole diameter 18mm, extrusion temperature 110℃, screw speed 105r/min.Using only one alkaline protease-Protex-6L, the oil extraction rate reached 89.61%, higher 22%than that without extrusion .
