针对无电力供应地区在推广使用平移式喷灌机时传统机组需借助拖拉机牵引工作方式的诸多局限性,为有效利用太阳能资源、实现农业节能减排、提高机组喷洒均匀度及降低劳动投入,首先在对光伏电池特性进行PSIM仿真研究基础上,对机组分田间和地头两独立系统进行光伏容量设计;其次,按照喷灌机从取水到供水过程,考虑系统优化,设计出一种水位波动不超过30cm 的实用型电极式恒水位自控装置,并应用 ACS510-01系列变频器达到变频恒压喷灌目的;最后,结合喷灌机工作特点,自主设计了具备无线及手动操作功能的简单控制电路。经过对整套自控装置长期运行验证,系统工作可靠,能够满足机组操作及田间灌溉要求。
