揉搓筒是秸秆揉丝机的关键部件。为了研究秸秆揉丝机揉搓机构内部物料的流动特征,采用计算流体力学( Computational Fluid Dynamics , CFD )方法,基于ANSYS-Fluent 软件,选用标准k-ε模型,研究了揉搓机构内的流体力学特性,获取了揉搓筒内的压力和速度等参数及物料的流动特征,为进一步设计和改进此类揉搓机构提供参考。
揉搓筒是秸稈揉絲機的關鍵部件。為瞭研究秸稈揉絲機揉搓機構內部物料的流動特徵,採用計算流體力學( Computational Fluid Dynamics , CFD )方法,基于ANSYS-Fluent 軟件,選用標準k-ε模型,研究瞭揉搓機構內的流體力學特性,穫取瞭揉搓筒內的壓力和速度等參數及物料的流動特徵,為進一步設計和改進此類揉搓機構提供參攷。

Rubbing room is the key to the rubbing filament machine .In order to examine the flow characteristic of the crop rubbing filament machine , the paper using computation fluid dynamics method , using ANSYS Fluent software , choose standard k-epsilon model , study the fluid mechanics characteristic of the rubbing organizations , access to knead the pressure inside the cylinder , the parameters such as velocity , turbulence dissipation rate and the flow characteristics of the material .For further design and improve such knead institutions to provide the reference .
