利用三维软件SolidWorks 建立粉碎机机架的三维模型,然后根据机架实际工作状况、受到的约束情况及载荷大小,用ANSYS Workbench 对其进行模态分析,得到了前10阶模态的固有频率和振型。同时,分析了各阶振型对机架的影响,为后续粉碎机的优化和改进提供了理论依据。

이용삼유연건SolidWorks 건립분쇄궤궤가적삼유모형,연후근거궤가실제공작상황、수도적약속정황급재하대소,용ANSYS Workbench 대기진행모태분석,득도료전10계모태적고유빈솔화진형。동시,분석료각계진형대궤가적영향,위후속분쇄궤적우화화개진제공료이론의거。
A three-dimensional model of the framework of a grinder was built by using SolidWorks CAD software , a mo-dal analysis was made on it with ANSYS Workbench according to the framework ’ s actual work , the restrictions on it and magnitude of load , and the first 10 natural frequencies and vibration modes were obtained .The effects of different vibra-tion modes on the framework were analyzed and will provide theoretical references for further studies on the optimization and improvement of the grinder .
