目的：评价腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎治疗小儿腹股沟疝的疗效。方法回顾性分析2013年3月~2014年1月应用腹腔镜疝囊结扎治疗56例小儿腹股沟疝患者，对患者手术时间、术后并发症(阴囊肿胀、复发率)等指标进行评价。结果手术全部成功完成，与传统手术相比，腹腔镜手术创伤小，术后并发症低。结论腹腔镜治疗小儿疝，安全，手术简单，疗效确切。

목적：평개복강경산낭고위결찰치료소인복고구산적료효。방법회고성분석2013년3월~2014년1월응용복강경산낭결찰치료56례소인복고구산환자，대환자수술시간、술후병발증(음낭종창、복발솔)등지표진행평개。결과수술전부성공완성，여전통수술상비，복강경수술창상소，술후병발증저。결론복강경치료소인산，안전，수술간단，료효학절。
Objective To evaluate efficacy of the laparoscopic high ligation of hernia for pediatric indirect inguinal hernia. Methods Retrospective analysis of 56 cases of pediatric indirect inguinal hernia treated in our hospital from March 2013 to January 2014, all patients treated with laparoscopic high ligation of hernia. Operation time and postoperative complications were evaluated. Results All operations were carried out successfully. Compared with traditional surgery, laparoscopic high ligation of hernia is simple and mini-invasive and low postoperative complications. Conclusion The efficacy of laparoscopic high ligation of hernia is better than traditional surgery.
