目的：观察兰索拉唑联合奥曲肽治疗急性上消化道出血的疗效。方法将80例急性上消化道出血患者随机分为两组：联合组在常规治疗基础上采用兰索拉唑联合奥曲肽治疗,对照组在常规治疗基础上单用兰索拉唑治疗,分别比较两组患者治疗72 h后的疗效。结果联合组总有效率为95%,明显优于对照组的72.5%,且治疗72 h后不能止血的2例患者出血明显减少,在112 h内止血。对照组11例无效患者有8例中转手术,1例死亡。结论兰索拉唑联合奥曲肽对急性上消化道出血有较好疗效,可降低急诊手术率和病死率。
목적：관찰란색랍서연합오곡태치료급성상소화도출혈적료효。방법장80례급성상소화도출혈환자수궤분위량조：연합조재상규치료기출상채용란색랍서연합오곡태치료,대조조재상규치료기출상단용란색랍서치료,분별비교량조환자치료72 h후적료효。결과연합조총유효솔위95%,명현우우대조조적72.5%,차치료72 h후불능지혈적2례환자출혈명현감소,재112 h내지혈。대조조11례무효환자유8례중전수술,1례사망。결론란색랍서연합오곡태대급성상소화도출혈유교호료효,가강저급진수술솔화병사솔。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of lansoprazole combined with octreotide for acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods 80 patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding were randomly divided into two groups:the joint group were treated with lansoprazole and octreotide injection on the basis of routine treatment, while the control group were given of lansoprazole for 72 h by comparing the effective bleeding rate between the two groups of patients. Results The total effective bleeding rate in joint group was 95.0%, better than72 .5%in the control group.There were 2 patients bleeding less after treatment in 72 h.And there were 11 bleeding patients in control group who were treated in vain, 8 cases among them were transisited operation, 1case death. Conclusion The efficacy of lansopra zole combined with octreotide for acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding is remarkable and it is conductive to the reduction of emergency operability and case fatality.
